Short version: MDH Systems does not use tracking cookies, analytics platforms, or advertising tools. We only collect information you voluntarily submit through our contact forms. We do not sell, rent, or share your data.

MDH Systems LLC is a commercial drone services company based in Denver, Colorado. This policy describes how we handle information collected through mdhsys.com (the "Site").

2. Information We Collect

We collect information only when you voluntarily provide it through our contact, quote request, or consultation forms. This may include:

  • Phone number (optional)
  • Company or organization name (optional)
  • Project description and timeline
  • Any other details you choose to include in your message

We do not collect any information automatically through cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics scripts. No account registration is required to use this site.

3. How We Use Your Information

Information submitted through our forms is used solely to:

  • Respond to your inquiry or quote request
  • Communicate about a project you've initiated with us
  • Send documents or resources you've explicitly requested

We do not send unsolicited marketing emails. If you'd like to stop hearing from us at any time, simply reply to any email and say so.

4. Third-Party Services

This Site is hosted by Netlify. Netlify's privacy policy is available at netlify.com/privacy.

Contact and quote form submissions are processed by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which forwards your message to our email inbox. The notify form on our Defense page is processed by Netlify Forms.

The Site loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com), which may log your IP address as part of the font delivery request. This is a standard CDN interaction. For more information, see Google's privacy policy.

We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, HubSpot, or any other behavioral tracking or advertising platform.

5. Cookies

This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. The only browser storage used is sessionStorage, which stores a single flag ("exitSeen") to control display of our one-time contact prompt. This data exists only in your browser's memory for the current session and is never transmitted to our servers.

6. Data Retention

Form submissions are retained in our Netlify account and may be stored in email. We do not maintain a dedicated CRM or database of contacts. Inquiries that do not result in a project relationship are kept for a reasonable period and then deleted.

7. Your Rights

You may contact us at any time to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information you've submitted. We will honor reasonable requests promptly.

8. Children

This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy occasionally. The date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
